My writing/film partner and I just learned that we are semi-finalists in the Lifetime Television Unscripted Pipeline Development Competition at the New York Television Film Festival! The competition called for documentary filmmakers to come up with a television show from their footage. We pitched an unscripted comedy based off our award-winning documentary, There She Is…
Lifetime executives review the 25 semi-finalists and five are chosen to go forward into the competition. We are also sent to the New York Television Festival in October for a week of networking and pitching. And that means, I will be blogging about my experience throughout the week here at The Script Scribe.
